My Background
My journey into physiotherapy began during my studies, during which time I developed a deep fascination with how our bodies move and the factors that influence pain. Throughout my education, I’ve had the opportunity to experience real-world settings through several internships, which have given me valuable hands-on experience in the field.
What I Do
I am completing my training and gaining further knowledge in physiotherapy. My focus is on understanding and improving how the body moves and finding ways to manage and reduce pain. On this platform, I share insights, articles, and personal thoughts on pain perception and how different conditions impact movement and health.
Why I Do This
My passion for physiotherapy and pain management comes from my own educational journey, where I began to realize the importance of understanding pain from both a physiological and psychological perspective. I am deeply committed to spreading awareness about pain perception and educating others on how to manage pain more effectively.
